Our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of financial circumstance or background, has the opportunity to develop confidence, creativity, communication skills, and a sense of belonging through high-quality performing arts training.

Working alongside , led by Sarah-Jane Honeywell, we provide bursaries, subsidised training, performance opportunities, uniforms, dancewear, travel assistance, examination support, and individual grants to young people who would otherwise be unable to access arts education.

Since our inception, we have already raised and allocated approximately £2,000 during 2025, with an ambitious target to raise between £10,000 and £20,000 annually in order to expand our reach and support even more young people across Lincolnshire.In 2025, we secured a five-year lease on the Performing Arts Building at following the closure of their Performing Arts course. This exciting new base will become a vibrant creative hub for children and young people, offering a safe and inspiring environment for training, rehearsals, performances, outreach projects, workshops, and community collaboration.

Many of the young people we support face barriers including financial hardship, social isolation, anxiety, low confidence, or limited access to professional arts opportunities within Lincolnshire. Through performance, mentorship, teamwork, and creative expression, we aim not only to develop talent, but also resilience, aspiration, wellbeing, and future career pathways.

We believe the arts can transform lives. With the support of donors, sponsors, partners, and the wider community, we hope to create life-changing opportunities for the next generation of performers, creators, and confident young people.
